Mustang instrument panel

The speedometer had 50 year old grease in it that was causing the inner and outer drums to drag on one another. Cleaned and added new grease works like new.
The voltage regulator for instruments is burnt badly. Finding one that is affordable is the next step.

Mustang Rear Brakes and Shocks

Rear brakes finished up and new brake master cylinder installed. Brake lines flushed and new synthetic brake fluid is in them. New rear shocks installed old shocks were worse than the front.

Front brake rebuild

So both sides on the front the wheel cylinders were leaking, the adjusting screws locked tight with rust, and one side had the incorrect spring on the self adjuster.

New shoes, springs, self adjusting kit, wheel cylinders, and brake hoses finishes the front brakes. New front shocks installed old shocks had zero dampening.

Carburetor rebuild 1964 1/2 Mustang 260

So the carburetor had two issues. The first issue was the accelerator pumps check valve was bad. The second issue was the power valve was blown this allowed the fuel bowl to drain raw fuel
down the intake while it was parked. The power valve also made it run very rich.
